My treatments to date have been mainly energetic and very powerful. In my first session I experienced release of a recent personal trauma that I was unwittingly holding in my Solar Plexus. I hadn't shied away from the full grief of the event but this was evidence (if ever I needed it) that we hold moments of trauma in our physical bodies!
